I would like to start this by saying Heidi is an absolutely phenomenal real estate agent as well as human being. She is extraordinarily intelligent and up to date on all things real estate. She answered any and all questions my family and I had and she did so in a way we could understand as we are 1st time home buyers. She was hospitable as well as punctual. She keeps her word, if she says something you can count on it being correct. For example: we were unaware on how to DE weatherize a home and she went above and beyond to get us the info as well as any phone numbers and names of people who could assist us. That goes for everything from, phone company, gas company, propane company etc. it was a very easy move. we moved from California and it was a difficult journey, but Heidi made it a painless process. She wasn't just a real estate agent either, she is a caring woman who showed genuine interest in our story and in our day to day lives. Our kids loved her as she is a friendly and a charismatic woman. She went above and beyond for us and helped in ways I know was her being the genuinely decent person she is and not just a real estate agent. She took care of some of our household needs and I don't want to be to detailed, but she did things that were of a caring and loving person that she didn't have to do. I would HIGHLY recommend her to be a real estate agent and even a friend!! We have literally dealt with many real estate agents before her, but only she stuck with us and our financial situation, even though it may have been a waste of time helping us, she still did regardless of how much our sale could or would have been. All in all Heidi is a lovely person who has a vast intellect for real estate and she can get things done. if she says she can do it than rest assured she can. I'm Heidi Hilzendeger, a REALTOR® serving Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, and the surrounding North Dakota communities. Originally from Park Rapids, Minnesota, I grew up with a father who was a custom home builder. My appreciation for homes and the building process started long before I became a REALTOR®.
I've called the Bismarck-Mandan-Lincoln area home for more than three decades. I've experienced many of the same real estate milestones as my clients, from purchasing my first home in Lincoln to moving to Bismarck and Mandan and eventually designing and building my current home.
These personal experiences have given me a special appreciation for the excitement, challenges, and emotions involved in buying and selling a home.
I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers, growing families, and empty nesters preparing to downsize. Every client has a unique story, and understanding that story is where my work begins.

Community Is Everything
Outside of real estate, you'll often find me enjoying the outdoors, biking, fishing, hunting, or spending time on the water.
Family is incredibly important to me, and I especially enjoy spending time with my daughter, Brooke, and my grandson, Kai.
Giving back is another important part of my life. I'm actively involved in Bike MS, and my cycling team has raised more than $125,000 to support multiple sclerosis research and awareness.
I've also participated in numerous community initiatives, including Backpack for Kids, the Little Black Dress Campaign, Student Impact Campaign, and Furry Friends Rock n' Rescue.
I believe strong communities are built through relationships, involvement, and a willingness to help others.
